Job description

• Daily registration of documents: cash register, statements, travel orders / delegations, suppliers, customers, payment orders, receipts, etc .;
• Weekly check of cash registers
• Recording expenses by cost centers;
• Chronological filing and archiving of primary documents, contracts, balance confirmations, correspondence and other financial-accounting documents;
• Registration of fixed assets, inventory items;
• Monthly record of forecasts / estimates on each supplier;
• Periodic execution of balance confirmations with partners (customers, suppliers);
• Cooperation with the accounting firm in order to comply with internal financial-accounting procedures;
• Preparation of internal reports (recurrent or ad-hoc) required by management: Organizes, guides, leads, controls and is responsible for the financial-accounting activity of the company;
