The technology of manufacturing panel-frame houses allows obtaining a ready kit within 3 months from the start of production (roof, external and internal walls, windows, external and internal doors). External walls are covered with a final layer of facade elements, and internal walls are covered with gypsum fiberboard Fermacell (energy-efficient, fire-resistant, moisture-resistant material).

The wall structure has a thickness of 282-302 mm, including 200 mm insulation (mineral wool, density 45 kg/m³), the heat loss coefficient of the walls is U=0.18 W/(m²·K). The house's flooring has a thickness of 317 mm, including 250 mm insulation (mineral wool, density 45 kg/m³), and the heat loss coefficient of the roof is U=0.15 W/(m²·K).
