It is used for cutting piles into boards in the packaging program, garden program, etc. In this machine, the cutting of the material is carried out by means of a set of saws mounted on two parallel spindles. The spindles are mounted in a sliding headstock ensuring even load, swimming and wear of the saws after the adjustment. The piles are transported inside the machine by four driven pairs of rollers. The pressing force of the material is regulated by the pressure of the supplied air. The above solutions ensure certainty and straightforwardness of wood cutting, especially important in the case of longer and frozen wood. Depending on the species and moisture content of the wood and the number of cuts, the efficiency ranges from 10-18 m3 / h. |
