|Opis||The Q-SCAN pine timber scanner detects defects, classifies them and optimizes sawn wood cutting for a user-defined product. Digital image analysis technology allows you to detect the most common defects in wood with high and repeatable accuracy throughout the whole time.
The algorithms used in the optimization program allow you to choose the optimal scanner performance for manufacturers of various glued wood products. Depending on the version, Q-SCAN can work with one or two high-performance through-flow optimizers. The developed protocol for sending scan results is universal. WOODINSPECTOR also provides the service of adapting the used machine to any manufacturer's dash to work with the Q-SCAN scanner. It is then necessary to install a set of conveyors and connect the sensor of crayon.
The algorithms we developed allow detection of eight basic types of defects. Q-SCAN marks each defect and determines its size, this is visual on the monitor. It is possible to allow certain defects to occur in production and not to cut them. Dependencies can be configured based on the fault occurrence page, its type and size.
