EU Parliament approves EUDR postponement
The EU Parliament recently adopted the preliminary political agreement to postpone the EUDR application phase. The regulations will therefore apply from December 30, 2025 instead of 2024. EUDR: European Parliament drops zero risk category in negotiation with Council
The Council reached a provisional agreement with the European Parliament on a proposed targeted amendment of the EU deforestation regulation, postponing its date of application by 12 months.
