Canadian lumber production up 7.5% in October in 2018

Canadian lumber production rose 7.5% from September to 5 789.6 thousand cubic metres of lumber in October. Production was 2.2% lower than in October 2017.

Canada's awmills shipped 5 642.2 thousand cubic metres of lumber in October, up 5.3% from September and 1.6% lower than in October 2017.
