The Bavarian Federal State Forest authorities are satisfied with the outcome of the first beech value logs submission in lower Frankonia reaching an average result of 450 DM/fm. Only 5% of the 4.100 fm were not bidden on or no bids have been accepted for. Forest authorities see a market stabilization in this result.
